Operating principle
ReplenWise combines observed demand, current inventory, supplier lead time, minimum order quantity, and pack-size constraints in one reproducible calculation.
The resulting ReorderMap shows assumptions, backtest performance against simple baselines, confidence and data-quality limits, and an explicit refusal wherever the evidence is not safe enough for a numeric recommendation.
Checks the supported sales, inventory, and supplier-constraint exports before any recommendation is calculated.
Produces SKU-level reorder quantities that account for lead time, inventory, MOQ, and pack size.
Shows observed-sales forecast performance against named simple baselines rather than presenting an opaque model score.
Returns REFUSE instead of a plausible-looking quantity when the inputs or forecast evidence do not support a safe decision.
The first release is a planning tool, not an autonomous purchasing system.
ReplenWise proposes quantities for review and does not place or approve purchase orders.
Unsafe or insufficient evidence produces a visible refusal rather than an ungrounded forecast.
The first-result workflow uses supported exports; deeper Shopify synchronization is conditional on validated demand.
